Refund Policy

Because of the time, care, and intention that goes into every application, we do not offer full refunds once the matchmaking process has started.

However, if no matches are presented within 12 weeks of your intake form approval, and we’ve been unable to move your profile forward due to limited availability within our network, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward future services.

All refund and credit requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to hello@forevernaseeb.com.

Please note:

• Refunds are not granted for changes in personal circumstances (e.g. entering a relationship independently, changing your mind, etc.).

• No refunds will be issued after a match has been presented.

Our goal is always to provide a meaningful and thoughtful matchmaking experience, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and trust as we build our growing community.
